Being a “good” person won’t get you to Heaven.
No amount of goodness can erase your sin or help you escape its consequences. Human goodness doesn’t lead to the gospel of Christ, but rather avoids it! Salvation from sin and eternity in hell is only by receiving God’s free gift of grace through Jesus.
