The Foundation of Love

Loving in a sustained, supernatural, you-before-me way only comes from God. We can't do it on our own. Scripture says, "
Set your mind on things above not on things of the earth," but how do you do that? While there are things you have to put off if you are to live a lifestyle of love, the "do nots" are not the focus for today's teaching. The Foundation of Love is about the Do’s to put on. God doesn’t want you just to do it (love) - he wants you to feel it as well. Willing to receive injury rather than inflict it, knowing we will always love so long as we realize the capacity to love is not within us.
